Blog Candy! New Stamps

Okay, here's an easy one: tell me where you're from!! I have a new "Stately Flowers" set coming out this Thursday, and if you live in one of the states included in December's set, you just might be one of the first to get "Stately Flowers 2"! :) Let me know below!

I'll announce a winner on Wednesday. In the event that none of you live in one of the four states I included, (which I highly doubt!), I just may have to pick someone randomly (maybe tell me where your family lives as back up, hee hee) :)

Sneak peek of one of the flowers on Gina's blog today! Can you tell what flower it is and what state it represents? (bonus entry) ;)

  3. Well, I live in Western Washington. I was born here and I just can't stray...although after long stretches of rain, I get the urge to travel to warmer climates. As for my family, most of them are here, except for the my little sister, who just moved to Florida!

By the way, I saw the peek of your flowers today and they sure are cute. I don't know what they are or what state they represent, so no bonus for me :)

The sneak peak looks like apple blossoms to me and although it is not our State flower, we do grow a lot of apples here. In fact my sister and husband own an orchard and HUGE apple packing plants.

I lived in California for over 17 years, then we moved to New Mexico, Massachusets, Texas and back to California. In 1989 we moved to Orem, UT and finally, five years ago we moved to Billings, MT. 47. Ok, I'm not much of a flower person but that sure looks like a Wild Prarie Rose and I'm from North Dakota, one of the states that has it as state flower so please pick me! Oh and my daughter lives in Montana, my son in Indiana, brother in MN.

  48. Don't have a clue what flower was the sneak peek, but I know it's not the SC state flower (my birth state). I've also lived in NC, NH, CA, MI, OH, NY, and am now residing in AZ. Looking forward to seeing your Stately Flowers 2!

  49. Your flowers are all gorgeous. I've lived all my life in Missouri, so I'm hoping the sneak peak was a Hawthorne.

  50. I see that Colorado's state flower made it into the first set. This flower looks like the Wild Prairie Rose and there are two species, one for Iowa and the leaves look like this one and the other for North Dakato. I live in Colorado and born in Nebraska. The military moved us to Ohio, Florida, Alabama and Virginia. As a child I lived in Arizona and still have family there.

  51. I'd love to think that New Hampshire's beautiful Purple Lilac would be in your new set of Stately flowers. With Spring just around the corner, it would be a wonderful flower for my collection.

  54. I am currently living in the Great state of TEXAS, althought I was born and raised in ARKANSAS, where my family still lives.

After looking at GinaK's sneak peek, I think it might be an apple blossom. Could be dogwood but they don't grow in tight clusters like that.
