Video: Color Ink Charts and a Giveaway!

Hello! You asked for it, you got it! I created a pdf color chart ALL my viewers/readers that can use to organize both your ink pads and cardstock colors, just print and stamp (or adhere paper scraps). I show you two ways to stamp your chart, plus tips for what order to stamp them in and how to fix if you mess up a square! ( Don't start over! I did fix the ocean mist after filming!)  This is a great way to see all the beautiful colors in Gina's line, and how the inks lighten just a bit upon drying. You will reference this again and again when purchasing, creating a project, choosing a color palette, or finding a coordinating marker. Thanks for watching today and enjoy the free pdf!

  4. Thanks for thinking of a way to organize my inks. The only thing that is as much fun as making cards is organizing the materials we use to make them. I think I prefer B.

  7. I really like your idea. I prefer the chart A. Didn't realize how much the colors change with the second and third stamping.

  11. As always, Melanie, this is a terrific video! Informative and fun at the same time! I like both color charts, but I think I'd rather have A; if I'm going to do one myself, I'll probably take the lazy way out and do B. 😀

  12. Thank you so much for designing the color chart. While beggars can't be choosers, I would pick the solid colored images. I absolutely love your stamps and your videos. Keep 'em coming!

  14. Thank you for sharing a great tip for everyone Melanie.

I would like to wind Chart A because it is easy to see the different shades of each color and I like using the stamp off method for many of my creations.

    Good Luck to everyone!

  16. Oh Melanie, I love your videos. You have so much to teach us. Thank you! I must get that charcoal brown--you're right it is elegant. I love the A chart---what a difference in the generational colors and your great suggestion of how to begin your collection of ink pads.

  17. Thanks so much for doing this pdf file, I have thought about making one for a long time but I'm just that lazy! I think the idea of the triple generation stamping is very helpful, so I chose that as my favorite.

  20. Thank you so much for the chart and congratulations to your previous winner! Although I will do both A & B for my own stamp room, I really like the stamping off - A - because then you may be able to use a different cardstock or design papers to match based on the darker or lighter color of ink.

  21. Hi Melonie! Is there any chance you could put out a pdf of the colored inks? I would like a complete list so I know what I need to buy to complete my collection. Kindest regards, Jane Crisci
