Coloring Follow Up

*Thank you everyone* for your specific feedback on my coloring question post.  It really helps.  I know exactly what I'm going to do, just what many of you suggested: a series of short videos with basic principles.  Should be fun.  As always, I will keep it simple.  These will be building blocks you will return to again and again, I know I do, even if I don't think about it anymore. Knowledge is power. :)

Starting next week! Stay tuned!

Have a terrific weekend!

  6. This will be with alcohol-based markers? I don't even know names of these kinds of markers other than copic.

  9. I am so grateful that you are willing to teach us the basics of copics coloring. I find it very difficult to get to classes due to chronic health issues, so I tend to learn what I can from online sources like Stamp TV and other good sites.

I look forward to your tutorials on coloring. Thank you again for asking what those of us who subscribe to your blog updates what we would like to see in coloring tutorials from you--so kind and thoughtful of you, Melanie.

  10. I too am looking forward to your coloring. But, please think about pencils and how to blend. It is a very comprehensive medium. with points of pencils, colors, and solution for blending.I don't use copics. tried them and don't like them. Maybe there are some others like me. Color is so important.along with shading and especially light source. Your basics are important. Looking forward to all you do. I will follow your knowledge an use colored pencils.thanks for listening.
