Video: Creating a Dimensional Scene (Stamper's Favorites)

Good morning!  Here is my newest video, using Stamper's Favorites.  This set sold out quickly after its release, so I did not get a chance to do any videos for it.  Now that it is back in stock* (yay!), I hope you will enjoy seeing the many techniques I do in this video to create a fast, complete scene.  This card was posted at its release, but I thought it would be a good opportunity to show step by step, as well as add more dimension to one of the birds than I did in the photo below, so be sure to watch until the end!  :) This scene is made up of three images from my  Stamper's Favorites, using simple sponging, Copic coloring and paper tole technique for adding dimension.  I also added one of Theresa's Vertical Greetings.

Try this Google search for hummingbird for color reference

Please enjoy!

Supplies:
Gina K. Designs Stamper's Favorites, Vertical Greetings
Ink: Gina K. Black Onyx and Ocean Mist
Ruby Throated hummingbird (RV25, RV19, YG93, YG97) and Emerald hummingbird (RV25, G05, B06, B37, YG67,) leaves YG67, YG93 and flower (RV25).
Pure Luxury Cardstock: White, Passionate Pink and Black Onyx
Adhesive foam, scissors, sponge dauber

Working on the coloring videos, part 1 will be next!  For the first one, all you will need is a pencil.  I know you have one off those. ;)

* Appreciate your patience waiting for sets that are currently out of stock!  Apologize for the inconvenience, but customers loving our stamps is a very good problem to have.  If you saw Gina's post with updates about stock and shipping, you know things will settle down and the majority of our catalog will be available once again as soon as the warehouse move is complete, which is very soon.

  2. I love your card and am so glad I have that set. Still need to use it a lot more than I have. I think I am accumulating so many toys that I tend to neglect them. Hopefully, I can change that but now with the upcoming summer activities I am sure I will be busy with other things a lot too. But keep inspiring me. Your coloring and designs are so wonderful and I enjoy the videos as well.
