Ready for some inspiration? This first card I made with the Dazzling Dahlias stamps. I stamped them all in Red Velvet and Grass Green and then the outlines in Black Onyx.
I chose to cut out just the largest flower using one of the dies and then popping it up offset on some adhesive foam on a Red Velvet mat. White Pure Luxury card base is stamped with one of the flourishes in GKD Black Onyx. I just had try this out in red to start, but it would look gorgeous in the Passionate Pink in the kit! ;)
This next card I made with the Sentimental Summer set. I stamped the bike and sun first in Black Onyx and colored everything in with Spectrum Noir markers. I masked in the cloudy sky (scalloped sticky note I cut) with Ocean Mist and the ground (masked with a straight edge) with Moonlit Fog.
Next, I cut out the sun and bike with the matching dies, and them popped them up on foam, offsetting the sun by one ray to have them radiating. Card base is Pure Luxury Wild Dandelion. I also added some Ebony Black Nuvo Crystal Drops to the wheel axles or some nice dimension and shine.
Love both of these sets and this kit! :)

ReplyDeleteLOVE the red and green and black and white! The stamped image of the flower under the raised die cut adds even more depth to the card -- it looks like it has twice as many petals! Beautiful sky in the second card with the fluffy clouds and bright sun. The bicycle, grounded on the grey cement, looks so festive with the basket of flowers. Beautiful cards, as always!
