Need Your Feedback, Please

Hi ! A couple options for future videos, please choose one for each in the comment section (and feel free add to add more info if you  like.  Hey, feel free to add a C. Both option for any that you like both and don't have a strong preference.) :)  Thanks for your help!*

1. A. I prefer a really close shot of the card.

    B.  I prefer the camera zoomed out to see all the supplies during the video.

2. A. I want to see videos for sets I already have.

    B.  I want to see the latest sets in action to help me decide if I want to purchase them.

3. A. Don't share a video if the set is out of stock, I'm frustrated I can't buy it right then!

    B.  Show sets even when are out of stock.  I bought them already so I'm ready to play NOW.

4.  A. I want more videos per set.

     B. I want fewer videos per set so I can see more sets in action.

5.  A. I prefer simple cards.

    B.  I prefer more elaborate cards.

6. A. I prefer coloring videos.

    B.  I prefer technique videos.

7.  A. I am watching for the technique itself and don't need to see every step of the rest of the card.

     B.  I like seeing the whole card made step by step.

8. A.  I prefer a shorter video, I got stuff to do!

    B.  I like a longer video, more is better.

Obviously, I want the videos to be as helpful and customized for you as possible, but there are a lot of you, so I would really like to know what the majority wants (although with videos every week, I can alternate how I do them to provide some of both.)  Sorry for so many sets that have been featured in the videos being out of stock right now, they have been in such high demand after a demonstration we are having a hard time keeping up!  I will let you know here on Facebook for sure when I see a set is back on the shelves.  Thanks for your patience.  You can always call customer service for requests or check on the status of a set if you need to.

* Do you like the bigger text, is that easier on the eyes?

As to the script, I can see the smaller too, but if more want bigger and it works well for the majority that is fine with me.

  6. I like to see materials before the video and I lobe the eloborate cards! Also I really like videos of old stamp sets too because it's so refreshing to see them and rekindled that fore for sets I already have! Just a side note: I really enjoy your videos and if you could get around to it one day, I would love a video on the perfect plaids set. I've had it forever and haven't really used it. I have no idea what I'm doing lol... Anyway I love the care and attention you put into your fans and videos!

2-A&B I always want new ideas for an old stamp so that is definitely first, but also watching a video helps me decide to buy a stamp - I won't lie so B is important too.

    4-A
    5-B
6-B technique is most important to me, already know how to color w/copics, etc., but must say your beach scene was a show stopper - I really loved that - a lot

Also while I have your attention could you possibly have someone create the cutting using Silhouette on your Stately Flowers 4 - this is a stamp set that I have and is about the only one that doesn't come with a means to cut it out with the Silhouette.
Thank you for asking for our input, I appreciate it very much

  13. Melanie, I am so grateful and happy to see any of your videos, short, long, etc. I just get so much from your videos that I am again, grateful, for you taking the time and the patience to present them to us. Whatever works for you and is the best for you is the best for me. I can adapt. Old, new, I love them all.

Melanie, videos are best when you are comfortable sharing techniques, papers, inks, bow preparation, adhesives, cutting surfaces, and embellishments fit for a king or family, co-workers, our troops, teachers, or a gift set. Thanks you ever so much for your giving spirit. Large type makes short sleep working sessions more enjoyable for seeking eyes.
    Keep Looking UP!

  27. I may not be much help I've only been making cards for a year now and I've never been a crafty person but I'm still loving this new to me hobby and I do watch a lot of videos.
    1. A- I love a shot close up but some people get so close they are doing half the action off camera, which makes it difficult to follow.
    2. A-B I love both! I learn and enjoy both equally.
    3. B- If it's just out of stock. I'm only aggravated until it comes in then I'm glad it's there. Now if it's retired that's a different story.
    4. C- Of course I want tons of videos on the sets I buy or am going to buy and less on the ones I don't care for. You shouldn't try to please everybody it's impossible. :)
    5. A. & B. I love the variety I'm so loving You, Theresa, and Gina all doing videos I'm learning tons. So I like both simple and elaborate.
6- A & B I'm fairly new at this and am still learning techniques and coloring so I love them both.

    7. B. When I first started I wouldn't even have tried this hobby without Gina's step by step videos and complete instructions. But that said now when I'm in a hurry I skip over the parts I already know how to do and get miffed when video makers skip things they figure everyone knows and I don't.

    8. I like all the information I need to make that card or one like it. Sometimes that’s long and sometimes not. I love when people take the time at the end to give you more ideas to change up the card like feminine to masculine. If it means leaving out important things like the products needed at the beginning then I prefer the longer version.

*I'm old, bigger text is easier on the eyes?
Melanie, I think you're doing a great job with your videos! You are so talented! I think videos are kind of like cards if you make one you like others will like it too. Thank You for making them.

I like seeing the supplies at first like you have been doing. I like techniques and putting together if other than just layering gluing.

I like longer videos for clearer content. Though yours always are very clear. I like the coloring shown!
