Stately Flowers 6

Thanks for stopping in for a peek of my new stamp set releasing next week from Gina K. Designs!
Stately Flowers 6 is the newest in my Stately flowers series.  New York (and Oklahoma) claim this beauty as their state flower, but it also happens to be the most popular floral worldwide,
coming in thousands of varieties and endless colors.
You will love adding this stamp to your collection.

I was so excited to have the opportunity to create a new rose for you after the first one I drew for A Year of Flowers!  This more tightly closed bud can be used with the A Year of Flowers rose for more variety in your stamped floral arrangements, I will definitely be mixing them! It is so handy having this new one already "built" with its stem and leaves and ready to color, which can stand, or, recline gracefully across your card front like you see here!

I also featured some greetings from Carolyn King's new Stamp it BIG set.
Don'tcha just love BIG greetings?! I DO!

Card uses Pure Luxury Red Hot, Black Onyx, and White and Gina K Fresh Asparagus Organdy ribbon.   Sentiment stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black and image stamped with Memento London Fog so the greeting will really pop.  I really like layering sentiments over colored images this way.  Rose is colored with R32, RV29, R35, and R59 and greenery with G12, YG63, Yg03, BG96, and G28.  I also embossed a rectangle around the edge of the mat before popping it up on my base and embellished the "i" and ribbon with rhinestones.

Thanks for visiting! Can't wait to show you more samples and the full reveal of Stately Flowers 6 on Thursday night at our release party on StampTV!
