Can't you almost hear the little seal bark as he dances? ("AR! AR! AR! AR!") I used this week's sketch and color challenge from Splitcoast (but I had to substitute Cool Caribbean, love this bucaroo blue with the Real red). The texture of the Spots and Dots CB folder are supposed to look like beaded rain drops and I added some page pebble accents, as well. The umbrella he's balancing, puddle, and rain drops on my vertical strip (which I colored in with my white gel pen) are all from Just So Hoppy. A greeting from the Hoppy set would be perfect for the inside, too. :)
