There was really no way I could provide stamps to express all the things I heart(in this set anyway!) so I stuck with the biggies, U , chocolate etc LOL ! But I knew you could easily fill in the blank for these in your own way, a glitter pen is perfect for some scripty names (I lettered our names with my Silver Copic Spica), just like personalized tees from theme parks hee hee ;) ...
Here I made an anniversary card for my husband, we celebrate 9 years of marriage next month. Although he would never wear matching shirts like these with me somewhere (unless we were on a team or something) I thought having a his and her version declaring our love would be really fun on a card. I two-step stamped my solid and outlines tee to make the images, rolling the bold stamp on my gray pad to give it a nice gym shirt (I love those heather gray athletic tees) feel. Christmas Red Stickles gives the heart puffy, sparkly dimension.
I love this card, can't wait to get my little tees set and start making some cards
ReplyDeleteOhhhh......yep!!! This is just PERFECT for an anniversary card!!! My hubby wore matching t-shirts with me ONCE........on our honeymoon!!! LOL But how fun to make cards so personalized!! And Happy, Happy Anniversary!!! Hope you have some special plans!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great card for an anniversary! I wish my hubby would wear matching shirts with me... but he only did that once, on accident, and hated it the whole time. Closest I can get is wearing the same color (which I try to do without his knowledge! heehee).
ReplyDeleteAdorable. What a super idea! Love this anniversary card!
ReplyDeleteHot dang...a new idea to use for an engagement card, keep the date card(for a wedding announcement) so many things. I only hope this stamp doesn't wear out cause I am sure usiong it a lot. MaryAnn
ReplyDeleteAnother great idea! I love the 2 step rolled effect! Yet another thing to add to my 'you have to try it' list!

ReplyDeleteVery cute! I have to tell you about shirts I saw a couple wear. One said,"I will trade her for beer", the other said "I will trade him for chocolate". I got a kick out of that one. You should use that one someday :-)
ReplyDeleteI would give anything to own this set. I am selling some things just to purchase it. I love all the ways you have shown us how we can use it! COOL!
