I did a mix of images and real charms here (found these at Jo-ann's), and threaded them all on a silver cord I looped in and out of the holes from the threading water punched border along the top of the Basic Grey Porcelain DP, (this lacy pattern reminded me a of doily on a tabletop) and finally anchored the cord down with adhesive around behind my mats at the bottom. Click for a closeup, the cord may be a little hard to see over the patterned gray paper. Charms and images are secured with pop dots and glue dots.
Pink is Cameo Coral, I stamped onto it for the cameo and colored it with a white Koh-i-Noor. I also used Basic Gray CS and Gina K Pure Luxury White and Black Onyx. With vintage images I often like to use oval Nestabilites, and the petite ovals here for the sentiment go well with the locket. Don't forget the flourishes to make it extra fancy! Black Large Flourish punches loop around the corners.
