Minding your P's and Q's!

Hello!  One reader wrote in today with the good question:

I would like to know if you have noticed that the letters P and Q are missing from all the pictures that I have seen of the new LOTS OF LETTERS stamp? Is it a misprint or are those letters really missing from the real stamps?

Did anyone else see that?  Hope there hasn't been any confusion, I thought I had mentioned this earlier, but perhaps not!
In this font, lowercase p and q are the same as d and b, just rotated! Not doubling up on those identical letters allows for room for more images.
Here is a close up of the set again so you can see:
Here you can see I was able to spell "happy birthday", using the d for the p. :)

I appreciate the inquiry, hope this helps! :)

  4. Well that's a fun fact! I hear that "minding your p's and q's" meant that back in the Old Country, when out to a pub they would put your name and run your "tab" on a chalkboard. So all who came in could see how much you were drinking, hence mind your own p's & q's.....pints and quarts. :)

    Pretty card, as usual!

  5. Nope...I didn't notice it at all. What is wrong with me? But sure glad you pointed that out and I think I will make a note and try to include it with the set so I remember my p's and q's. LOL
