Weekend Candy

This blog candy is now closed now, see this post for the winner.

Hello, hope your weekend is off to a good start! Jonathan is sick so it's going to be a pretty low -key weekend for us, think I am going to go work out to get out of the house for a bit. How about a little candy until I have some more posts ready for you? Gina sent me a copy of "What's the Dirt?" recently by mistake, and since I already have it, I'd like to give it away to one of you. You may remember this card I made with the set for our inspiration hop...

Today is actually pretty chilly, but this past week the weather has been pretty spring-like! Fun to know there are more springy stamp sets on the way... :)

Leave me a comment telling me...what set you'd like me to stamp with and post next! I'll announce a winner Monday.

Thanks for visiting! (By the way, have you been bale to view my blog the last few days or get updates when I've posted if you are a follower or subscribe in a reader? I got some email telling me that with Blogger being wonky recently it wasn't showing up. Just wondering, although if it hasn't, I don't know what to do about it!)

  1. I would love to see you make a card with the barrel of flowers. Looking forward to see what you will come up with. Just love your blog! I haven't had any problems viewing your blog but there are some blogs out there that have been having a glitch lately.

  7. Hi I have not received any blog mail lately wish I could help fix the problem, as for the card it is stunning and that set is on my wish list along with three other sets that are all yours, Basket Blessings, Spring Baskets and Pressed Flowers, but have to save up some pennies before I can get any of them, fingers crossed some more of my extra classes run, so I can spend some of it over at Gina's :-)

  14. Thanks so much for leaving it open. I'm one of the ones not getting your feed. I discovered it yesterday and read this post, then realized I was too late. Checked in today and found out you've extended it. Whew!

I'd like to see some with Mountain Wilderness. I loved what I saw on the blog hops when it was released. And I love the idea of being able to make masculine cards. But...I can't seem to come up with as many ideas as I can with flowers and bling!

  15. Love this card of yours - the "ray of light" effect is so clever. Hmm... I think I would like to see you stamp an older set of yours, Candles on your cake. I've not stamped using that for sometime, and would love an inspiration ;) Thanks!! Have a great day!!

  16. Hi Melanie! I was just thinking today that I haven't had an update from your blog in a while so thought I would click on your name on the StampTV page to see if you are OK. WOW! I missed a lot! I love this "ray" card - beautifully done! I would love to see you use "Spring Basket" set again!

  17. Hi Mel, love all your cards, maybe would like to see something with The Vine set, as I don't reacall when last I saw one with that, unless I just missed it. All your stamp sets are wonderful and so easy to create with, especially all your flowers, and of course love all the Basket sets, I have all those.

    Thanks much for a chance!
Can't wait for the new release this week!!
