Sneak Peek #3: Get Ready for the Party!

Edited To Add: Gina K's email notifictation is not working properly right now, make sure you check her blog there are new posts and peeks over there, plus stamp giveaways, I don't want you to miss a single entry!

Since you only ended up seeing two animals in the peek for "Jumping for Joy", I just had to share a little more( but still leave surprises for the release on Tuesday!) I won't show you the whole animal, but had to go ahead and let you know I found a way to make one a little hippy in this set, just for you!! (the numbers don't lie, you girls love butts!) Does that help?? (you'll see the finished card the night of the release!) Does everybody know what it is??

With a little persuading, I might end up showing the full card ahead of time... :)

Now here's a peek at a few stamps in the new set that will allow you to make invitations with ALL my Gina K Designs animal sets!

Here's an easy way to line them up if you don't have a gridline block: place your regular block over a grid (self healing mat or grid paper), put them all on and stamp once it's done and perfectly spaced, ready for the next invite!
I thought while I was working on my sample I should go ahead and make a little reminder about the part-tay! :) (this could have been much cuter, but I was in a hurry(and it's not a real invitation, so...!) can't wait, can't wait!! EDITED TO ADD: If you've not yet seen it, checked Carolyn's blog for her zebra treatment!

Now scroll down to the next post and VOTE!!!! :)

*well, I mean, it is, you are invited, but I won't be mailing them or anything...!

  1. Looks like ostrich butt to me, but then I'm not an expert on butts, so I could be wrong.

  2. I second Anne.

If you let comments come up in a pop up window, we can see and read your post in the midst of commenting. It is really helpful for people like me who have no short term memory, or may be no memory at all. LOL!

  3. I think it's an ostrich too! I love ostriches, they are adorable! Is there ever going to be an elephant? You know, the hippos could use a cousin...

  7. I'm with Anne ostrich is my guess. But the butt looks vaguely familiar? Like something I've seen in a mirror somewhere wide and round... HHMM. This set is soooo adorable. I am in love with that seal.

  9. For some reason a platpus (sp) comes to mind but I know they do not have a butt like that. Maybe it is a platpus with a tutu :)

    Can't wait to see it!

  16. At first glance I didn't see the two "legs?" and thought it was a fish swimming. I agree with everyone now that I have seen the posts. I believe it is an ostich. I love the smart idea on lining up the word stamps. Such a smart way to do it.

  17. It's a bird, it's a plane...no it's another amazing animal stamp from the creative mind of Melanie! Okay, I think I need serious sleep - LOL! But really how mean you're making us wait until the release party which by the way I'm anxiously waiting for!

  18. At first I thought it was a turkey, and I'm very persuaded by the argument for a platypus in a tutu, but I'll go along with the idea of an ostrich. Can't wait to see the entire set!

  19. An ostrich, what a great idea, I don't have an ostrich, so you know what that means...I need one!

Great idea with the grid, I don't have invite stamps either...I need those too!

  20. I gotta go with the ostrich and I love the idea of the platypus with a tutu! I do have a pig with a tutu that is just tutu fun to use! Possibly even a duck. I saw an emu yesterday but didn't look at it's hiney. A pelican would be fun to have his head under water with his hiney up in the air. I, too, am a bit tired. Can't wait to see the card. Also, lining up from the grid from a mat - duh, why didn't I think about that? Thanks for all the inspiration!
